PD Jose

Professor Jose teaches core courses on strategy and electives on Corporate Environmental Management, Sustainable Enterprises and Understanding Corporate Failures. Professor Jose was a Fulbright Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, and Kenan-Flagler Business School, North Carolina during 1999-2000. He also visited the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, as a research scholar on a UNDP/GoI fellowship. He was also an ESRC Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society (BRASS) at Cardiff University during 2005-06, and again in 2008.

Ganesh N Prabhu

Professor Prabhu's areas of research and teaching are product innovation, strategic management and entrepreneurship. He has published in leading journals like the Academy of Management Review and Research Policy and was invited to be on the editorial board of the Journal of Management, US. Professor Prabhu has conducted top management sessions for Honeywell, ITC, Qualcomm, Tata Group, Tessaract and Tetra Pak and has conducted strategy, visioning or innovation workshops for senior executive groups at Bharat Electronics, Crompton Greaves, ETA Ascon Holding, HAL, Honeywell, Indian Oil, L&T, Quest, Oracle, Union Bank of India.

Sandeep Krishnan

Dr. Sandeep K. Krishnan is a Senior Partner at People Business. He is a Fellow (Doctorate) of IIM A hmedabad. In the past, he has worked with organizations like IBM, Infosys, Ernst and Young, and RPG. He is a Visiting Faculty at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Indore. Dr. Sandeep has coached CXO level leaders across sectors like Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Education. Some of business houses and groups where he has consulted with are Accenture, Capgemini, RBS, Genpact, 3M, Manipal Group, Voltas, UBL, ITC Ltd and TVS. He is the author of the book Making of a CEO, published by Penguin Random House. He is a certified coach from the university of Cambridge and TLC.

Saurav Adhikari

Saurav Adhikari is a global business leader with over 4 decades of experience across diverse businesses. Currently serving on both publicly listed statutory and advisory boards and holds a position of an Independent Director of Goodricke Group Limited. Over the last few years, Saurav has been a coach to a number of CEOs and CXOs. Saurav has also been part of the founding team of the Shiv Nadar Foundation and has been instrumental in building its landmark institutions and driving partnerships with Ivy League Universities and Institutions.

Mervyn Raphael

Mervyn Raphael is one of the founder members of People Business in South Asia, MEA, Australia and SEA. Over a 30+ years career, Mervyn worked with Hindustan Unilever, AT&T and Mercer Consulting as their Founder-Managing Director. He has led several consulting assignments over the last 20 years, primarily in the areas of Defining Vision, Values & strategic intent, Employer Branding, Leadership Transformation and Executive Coaching. Mervyn is an experienced facilitator for top management teams and an Executive Coach for several organizations in India and overseas. He is a certified TLC Coach.

Nalin Mehta

Nalin Mehta was Managing Director of Mahindra Trucks & Buses Limited, CEO Mahindra Truck & Bus Division and Mahindra Construction Division. He currently consults with Mahindra Group on a few strategic projects, is advisor to a startup and is an Executive Coach. He has also held industry positions like Member-Executive Committee, SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers), Member - Governing Council, ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India). He has also been on the Boards of a few companies.
